Candidate Requirements
Essential
- B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying
Preferred
- State University candidates from UOM & KDU are preferred.
- Experience in project management including planning, resource scheduling, and monitoring.
- Expertise in construction claims and dispute resolution.
- Knowledge of industry-standard contracts such as SBD and FIDIC.
- Industry Software Proficiency: Use quantity surveying and project management software.
- Communication Skills: Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Proven analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail in claims preparation.
