Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Quantity Surveying team.
- Oversee cost estimates, takeoffs, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Liaise with Australian clients and manage their requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of projects.
Requirements
- BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
- 5-10 years of experience (overseas exposure is a plus, Australian experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Planswift and Bluebeam.
- Excellent English and leadership skills.
