Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, accurately assessing the purpose of their visit and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Professionally manage incoming calls, record messages, and ensure timely and accurate call routing.
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings, maintaining organized and up-to-date calendars.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a receptionist or administrative role; experience in the ICT industry is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in professional correspondence.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, anticipate needs, and work collaboratively within a team.
