Recovery Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a Recovery Officer to join our team and manage the recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collections.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and recover outstanding debts from clients.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate collections.
  • Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Meet targets and work under pressure to achieve collection goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

Entry Requirements

  • G.C.E A/L qualification.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in debt recovery or collections is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
