Responsibilities
- Business Planning: Prepare annual, monthly business and activity plans with the advice of the Supervisors.
- Sales Management: Achieve set revenue targets from assigned Bancassurance operational areas.
- Administration: Ensure smooth and economical customer-friendly operations with banks and financial institutions.
- Business Promotion: Organize and conduct promotional campaigns, providing feedback on their effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Ensure above-average performance of assigned staff using performance management tools.
- Reporting: Execute all reporting functions required by superiors timely and accurately.
- Training & Development: Highlight training needs and keep superiors informed.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain professional relationships with bank officials and internal departments.
- Market Intelligence: Study and provide information on competitor activities relevant to the bancassurance business.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in selling Life Insurance.
- Passed G.C.E. O/L with a minimum of 06 subjects including Mathematics & Sinhala/Tamil. G.C.E. A/L is an added advantage.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Pleasing and outgoing personality with computer literacy.
- Aged preferably 45 years or below.
