What You Will Be Overlooking:
- Greet, seat, and engage with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Take guest orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely delivery.
- Assist the F&B Manager with operational duties such as handling special orders, menu planning input, and event coordination.
- Monitor daily restaurant operations, ensuring service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards in the dining area.
- Oversee table setups, cleanliness, and readiness of the restaurant before service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in restaurant service, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Rice & Curry Cook
What You Will Be Overlooking:
- Prepare and cook Sri Lankan rice and curry dishes in large quantities for daily operations, orders, and events.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation in all dishes.
- Plan and organize daily menus in coordination with the Head Chef.
- Maintain proper food storage, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Manage stock of ingredients efficiently and minimize wastage.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook specializing in Sri Lankan rice and curry (bulk cooking experience is highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan spices, curries, and traditional cooking techniques.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
