Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards are maintained consistently and daily operations run smoothly.
- Drive the team towards excellent customer service and deliverables.
- Monitor staff progress, developments, and conduct staff reports and appraisals.
- Prepare monthly sales and performance reports.
- Accountable for food cost management and P&L.
- Supervise food preparation and work closely with the head chef and kitchen team to ensure food quality standards are met.
- Ensure the operations team adheres to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- At least 4-5 years of relevant management experience required.
- Strong leadership skills, performance management, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise with all employees and customers at all levels.
