Available Positions

Head Chef / Sue Chef / Demi Chef / Cook / Commi (Ages 25-50)
- Completed a Diploma or NVQ Level qualification with a minimum of 5-10 years of kitchen background.
- Knowledge of preparing, storage, ordering, stock rotation, and hygiene is a must.
- Capability of leading and working within a team.
- Ability to work under pressure; reliable, flexible, and responsible.
- Training in food safety.
- Experience with long shifts.
Kitchen Trainee / Apprentice / Helper (Ages 16-25)
- A/L or O/L qualification required.
