Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
- Ensure all guest supplies are replenished and rooms are well-stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management.
- Assist guests with any requests or inquiries regarding their accommodations.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items as needed.
