About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Admin Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, has strong communication skills, and enjoys supporting both sales and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and assist the sales team with proposals and customer correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer databases, and reports.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling documentation, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between sales, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support management with preparing sales reports, presentations, and other required documentation.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination/administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently, in a team, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
