About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Admin Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, has strong communication skills, and enjoys supporting both sales and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales activities and assist the sales team with proposals and customer correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer databases, and reports.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling documentation, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support management with preparing sales reports, presentations, and other required documentation.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination/administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently, in a team, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
