Key Responsibilities
- Sales Documentation & Order Processing:
- Prepare and manage sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch schedules.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date order book.
- Order Fulfilment & Customer Coordination:
- Track orders and coordinate delivery timelines with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain customer databases and follow up on pending documents, samples, and payments.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Generate regular sales reports and assist in tracking team performance and pending orders.
- Revenue Collection & Finance Coordination:
- Monitor collection status, send payment reminders, and liaise with finance on credit updates.
- Quality & NPD Support:
- Coordinate with the QA team for sample dispatch and follow-up on product complaints and new developments.
- Sales & Marketing Support:
- Assist with marketing campaigns, sample deliveries, and operational needs of the Head of Sales.
Candidate Profile
- Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- One year of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or support roles.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written communication and document preparation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word) and ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
