About This Role
As a Sales Coordinator - Exports, you will play a critical role in managing invoicing, payments, and financial transactions with Swisstek Aluminium's international clients. You will oversee the accurate processing of export orders, ensure timely invoice generation, track payments, and manage related documentation. This role demands strong attention to detail, financial accuracy, and a sound understanding of export billing and payment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for international clients, providing timely updates on orders, invoices, and payments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing queries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices in line with export orders, ensuring compliance with international trade requirements.
- Monitor, track, and follow up on overseas payments to ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate across Finance, Export, and Operations teams to ensure smooth processing of client orders and transactions.
- Maintain updated records of export sales, payments, and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports to management on export sales performance and outstanding receivables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, International Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales coordination, customer service, or international client management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems for sales and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional language skills will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
