Work Hours
- Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Sales (experience in laptop/computer hardware sales preferred).
- A relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Computer Hardware.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Prior industry experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Drive laptop and accessories sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating product features and benefits. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of laptops, specifications, and features. Stay updated on latest market trends, competitor offerings, and technology advancements.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate customer records and update sales reports in the CRM system.
