Responsibilities
- Discover potential clients, market segments, and competitor activities through in-depth research and profiling.
- Establish lasting connections by understanding customer needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Generate new sales opportunities by effectively addressing client issues and providing tailored solutions.
- Arrange and participate in client meetings to listen, engage, and offer value-driven discussions.
- Deliver continuous customer support to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Share insights on customer behaviour and market trends to guide product development and strategy.
- Represent the company at conferences, expos, and networking events to boost visibility and partnerships.
- Maintain detailed sales reports, reviewing progress, and coordinating with Finance for collections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Science, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales and handling client portfolios is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Skilled in handling objections, closing deals, and influencing decision-makers.
- Ability to resolve client issues efficiently and offer practical solutions.
- Willingness to travel as required for meetings, exhibitions, and client visits.
