MA's Kitchen, a leading food manufacturer in Sri Lanka, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. With a diverse portfolio of over 300+ products, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional food solutions to retail, HoReCa, and Industrial channels.
Responsibilities
- Achieve company sales and distribution targets in your respective area.
- Manage customer calls, orders, and records.
- Ensure best practices are followed regarding stock at retail and distributor points.
- Support forecasting and order coordination.
- Build relationships and provide communication between retailers, distributors, and the company.
- Assist and support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Requirements
- 3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to use a digitized distributor and sales management platform.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
