Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, social media)
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings for flights, visas, hotels, tours, events, and packages
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up until closure
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services (insurance, transfers, activities)
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Provide professional pre-sales and post-sales support
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with strong closing ability
- Basic knowledge of travel services - flights, visas, hotels & tours
- Confident using WhatsApp, email & MS Office for daily sales follow-ups
