Rohitha Gems Private Limited is seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our team in Kuruwita. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports of daily activities and incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and staff.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position.
- Ability to operate security equipment and systems.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid security guard license (if applicable).
