Job Description
The Senior Administration Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations, develop and implement policies and procedures, and provide leadership to ensure efficiency and excellence across all administrative activities. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations.
- Manage procurement, logistics, and office maintenance.
- Develop, implement, and review administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to support organizational needs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Provide strategic input to senior leadership on administrative matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in administration or office management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and general office software.
- Male candidate.
- Age between 40 - 45.
