We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architectural & Interior AutoCAD Drafts Person | Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Nugegoda. If you have a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand design requirements and project goals.
- Create 3D visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary information.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout the design process.
- Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Mentor and guide junior drafts persons and design team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting and interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
