Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and production of TV programs.
- Develop innovative program concepts and create engaging content.
- Manage production budgets to ensure high-quality show delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication abilities in English and Sinhala (fluency in Tamil is an advantage).
- A problem-solving mindset.

- A proven track record of taking initiatives and delivering results.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mass Media, Media & Communication, Film & Television Production, Journalism, Media Studies, or equivalent.
- More than two years of production experience, especially in TV and/or advertising.
- Technical proficiency in video/audio production, editing, lighting, and post-production workflows.
