Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure all transactions are documented.
- Assist in managing the point of sale (POS) systems and ERP software.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- G.C.E A/L or any other professional qualification in accounting.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a cashier role, preferably in the restaurant or retail sector.
- Experience with POS machines and ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and handle transactions efficiently.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including night shifts.
- Aged between 25-35 years.
- Residents of Galle and Matara areas are encouraged to apply.
