Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial operations of the entire Kumara Group, ensuring sound financial infrastructure and compliance with SLFRS and statutory requirements.
- Provide strategic financial advice, guiding the group's financial direction, budgeting, and major expenditure decisions.
- Enhance and professionalize existing financial systems, working closely with the current accounting team (including QuickBooks integration).
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan taxation laws and statutory obligations.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial stability and support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified with ICASL, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial management.
- Strong knowledge of SLFRS, local taxation, and statutory compliance in Sri Lanka.
- Gender: Male
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and other financial software.
