About the Role
Ledgerwall is seeking a Senior Executive - Finance to join our team. We are looking for a professional with experience in the construction industry, who can confidently act as a bridge between VeBuild operations and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for construction-related projects.
- Monitor project expenditures, cash flows, and ensure alignment with operational activities.
- Collaborate closely with the VeBuild operations team to streamline financial reporting and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and project cost reports.
- Ensure adherence to statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements within the construction sector.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field (Professional qualification such as CA/ACCA/CMA is an added advantage).
- Minimum 3-5 years of finance experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting, costing, and financial controls.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate between finance and operations.
- A self-motivated gentleman with strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
