Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Executive - Production (Natural Division) to manage daily production activities, ensure quality standards, and optimize resources.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Oversee daily production operations within the Natural Division to ensure smooth workflow and timely achievement of production targets.
- Monitor production schedules and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, GMP, safety, and hygiene requirements across all production processes.
- Coordinate closely with R&D, supply chain, and QA teams to support product development and timely material availability.
- Maintain accurate production records and update reports in ERP/management systems.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Provide technical guidance and support to production staff, ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure proper use of machinery, equipment, and raw materials.
- Assist in training and developing production team members to strengthen capabilities.
- Report deviations, operational issues, or risks to management and recommend corrective actions.
You Should Have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations, preferably in the natural products or FMCG sector.
- Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of GMP, quality standards, and safety practices in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with production planning tools, ERP systems, and reporting processes.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage teams effectively and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Attention to detail with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
