Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage regional operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary
