Senior Fashion Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process for seasonal collections, from concept development to final production.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, fabrics, and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, and production to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Oversee fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse collections.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and textiles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing design teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
