Responsibilities
- Develop and implement franchise operational strategies to enhance performance and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations of franchise locations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Train and support franchise partners to optimize their business operations.
- Analyze franchise performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive franchise growth initiatives.
- Manage relationships with franchisees and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in franchise operations or management.
- Strong understanding of franchise business models and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
