Job Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for steel fabrication projects.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Conduct site measurements and valuations.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage contract variations and ensure accurate final accounts.
- Provide advice on contractual claims and procurement strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or steel fabrication industry.
- Sound knowledge of measurement, estimation, and valuation techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
