Role Profile
The job holder is responsible for talent resourcing and onboarding the most suitable candidates, identifying talent gaps and vacant positions in the organization in line with stipulated guidelines and procedures of the Company while effectively managing resources focusing on competition and dynamics in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing recruitment initiatives based on the workforce plan for necessary key roles to guide sourcing and selection.
- Attract a healthy flow of applicants internally and externally through job portals, social networks, and referrals.
- Source and recruit candidates for various positions within a given timeframe.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with members of the interview panel and candidates.
- Facilitate the offer process, negotiate salary packages, and conduct reference checks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to promote our employee brand.
Candidate Profile
- A Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management from a recognized university or full/part qualification from a recognized institute, or possess over 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources with a good performance track record during the last 3 years.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with line managers, corporate management, candidates, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
