King Sun Estate, a leading provider of solar inverters and comprehensive solar solutions in Sri Lanka, is seeking a skilled and proactive Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar and energy systems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV systems, inverters, and related equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Assist in commissioning and testing of new installations
- Provide technical support to clients and channel partners
- Maintain service records and generate reports
- Manage multiple service requests and work effectively under pressure
Candidate Profile
- Technical diploma or degree in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy or related field
- Experience in solar or renewable energy systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work under pressure
