Job Description

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the floor.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain UHT and yoghurt filling machines.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Prepare reports on production metrics and team performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role or as a team leader in a production environment.
- Familiarity with UHT processes and yoghurt filling operations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude for maintenance technician roles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
