About Us
J.N. Interiors is a leading interior designing and civil construction company that has built a solid reputation in Sri Lanka since 1998. We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Site Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and manage the workforce.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain quality control and safety standards on site.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients as needed.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction or interior refurbishment field.
- NVQ Level 4 or above in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related technical field.
- Ability to handle and lead a workforce effectively.
- Valid riding license.
- Aged between 25-30 years.
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, MS Project).
