Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, project management tools).
