Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily store operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods (including seafood products).
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards in the storage facility.
- Prepare reports on stock movements, shortages, and damages.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Qualification:
- Diploma from a recognized institute in Sri Lanka (Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, or related field preferred).
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) and Ordinary Level (O/L) passes.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse supervision.
- Experience in the seafood/export/FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in inventory software and MS Office (Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala & English.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, performance-oriented work culture.
