Job Responsibilities

  • Engage actively in recruiting prospective students by explaining university programmes, courses, and admission processes.
  • Guide students and parents in selecting suitable courses based on interests and academic backgrounds.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and conversions through CRM and other communication channels.
  • Meet or exceed enrollment targets set by the institution to ensure a steady flow of new students.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, alumni, and educational stakeholders.
  • Identify and reach out to potential students through various channels.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events such as open days, webinars, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic departments to align communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of basic marketing principles and digital market trends.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer service orientation.
