Job Responsibilities
- Engage actively in recruiting prospective students by explaining university programmes, courses, and admission processes.
- Guide students and parents in selecting suitable courses based on interests and academic backgrounds.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and conversions through CRM and other communication channels.
- Meet or exceed enrollment targets set by the institution to ensure a steady flow of new students.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, alumni, and educational stakeholders.
- Identify and reach out to potential students through various channels.
- Assist in organizing promotional events such as open days, webinars, and workshops.
- Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic departments to align communication strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of basic marketing principles and digital market trends.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer service orientation.
