Responsibilities

Handle student inquiries and convert them into enrollments
Guide students through onboarding and track their progress
Communicate with students via phone, email, and online platforms
Support marketing activities and student engagement
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure student success
Maintain accurate student and enrollment records

Requirements

Strong English and Sinhala speaking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing
