Job Profile
The Supervisor position is a total field job requiring on-site presence. Applicants should be team players, self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of performing under competitive and demanding conditions. All applicants will undergo a 3-month training period to gain firsthand experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and assist in the management of birds and fish.
- Supervise and instruct staff on all related matters regarding the husbandry of live birds and fish.
- Maintain related documents, stocks, and records.
- Coordinate with staff members to achieve optimal productivity.
Applicant Requirements
- Male or Female (Age: 18 to 40 years).
- GCE A/L to Diploma (Up to NVQ 5).
- Job experience as a supervisor in aquaculture or exotic bird-related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to stay in shared quarters with other supervisors (separate accommodations for males and females).
- Ability to perform under pressure with high levels of dedication.
- Ability to work extended hours.
Offered Facilities and Salary
- Salary during the training period (1 to 3 months): Rs 30,000.
- Post-training salary: Rs 45,000.
