About Us

Join our team at Mr Burger! We are seeking a highly motivated young individual with a drive to manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
Train, develop, and manage restaurant staff, including conducting performance evaluations and scheduling shifts.
Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation.
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers, overseeing cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and kitchen areas.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement new food items, combos, and strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
Monitor and manage restaurant expenses, including labor costs, food costs, and inventory.

Requirements

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fast food or quick service restaurant management.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and cash handling.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
