We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Senior Executive to manage end-to-end logistics and customs coordination. Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order Management: Raise purchase orders and follow up with suppliers; coordinate shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Freight & Logistics Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders to plan vessel schedules; obtain and evaluate freight rates for optimal cost management.
- Customs Clearance Coordination: Work closely with the clearance team for timely arrival processing; follow up on customs documentation and keep stakeholders updated.
- Warehouse & Inventory Management: Coordinate inbound shipments with the warehouse team; assist with inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.
- TIEP Management: Handle all TIEP-related documentation and compliance; maintain accurate TIEP stock balances; generate and submit GRNs and liaise with relevant authorities for TIEP approvals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or import/export operations.
- A degree or diploma in Supply Chain or Business Management.
- Familiarity with customs procedures and freight documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Prior exposure to TIEP processes is a distinct advantage.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, responsible attitude.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work under pressure and handle challenges.
