Role Overview

This position focuses on technical marketing and commercial promotion of Senaka Group's construction products, including cement blocks, ready-mix concrete, and related materials. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on infrastructure development opportunities, including government-led projects.

Key Responsibilities

Promote technical and commercial benefits of our products to contractors, engineers, and government procurement officers.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and awareness sessions at project sites and client offices.
Manage B2B sales channels, maintain regular client follow-ups, and develop long-term business relationships.
Address on-site queries regarding product specifications, installation practices, or concrete performance standards.
Collect feedback from customers and site engineers to support product improvements and service enhancements.
Track and report on competitor offerings, pricing, and promotional activity.
Analyze market trends to identify potential business zones or new customer segments.

Qualifications & Experience

A Diploma / NVQ Level 5 or 6 / HNDE / NDT / NDES in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Building Services, or a related field.
