Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in site management and coordinate on-site activities.
- Guide and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals.
- Implement effective construction techniques and practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- NCT, NDT, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques.
- Understanding of site management and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide on-site teams.
- Possession of a valid bike or driving license will be an added advantage.
- Age below 35.
