We are a CIDA - CS2 grade construction company seeking a dynamic, results-oriented personnel to join our team as a Technical Officer for a building project.
Responsibilities
- Supervise construction sites and manage subcontractors and labor.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of building finishing works.
- Oversee plumbing and electrical works on-site.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma / NVQ Level 06 / NCT or equivalent qualification in Civil / Building Technology.
- Minimum of 10 years' proven experience in building finishing works.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing and electrical works.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
