Responsibilities

Manage ticketing, reservations, and exchanges for clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Utilize GDS systems to book and manage travel itineraries.
Assist high-end corporate clients with their travel needs.
Work during night shifts as required.

Requirements

IATA qualified.
Minimum 1 year of experience in ticketing, reservations, and exchanges.
Proficiency in at least one GDS system, preferably Apollo or Sabre.
Experience with corporate reservations is preferred but not required.
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
