Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure quality service.
- Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and local attractions.
- Prepare and present customized travel packages to clients.
- Manage bookings and ensure timely communication with clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tour Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, particularly in Sri Lanka.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Salary
