Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Review and understand architectural and structural drawings, ensuring the project is executed according to specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the design team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to address any issues promptly and maintain client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- HNDE, NDES, NDT, NCT (Civil) or an equivalent qualification.
- Age below 30 years.
- At least 1-year experience in construction or a related field (Experience in housing projects is an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, especially as it relates to house design.
- Sound knowledge of architectural and structural drawings.
