Responsibilities
- Design and customize travel itineraries for clients in the English-speaking market.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- Manage bookings and provide excellent customer service throughout the travel process.
- Stay updated on travel trends and industry developments.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Proven experience in travel design or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of various destinations.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
