Responsibilities
- Manage reservations efficiently and respond to guest inquiries.
- Understand and meet guests’ needs for personalized service.
- Oversee villa staff to ensure high standards of customer service and cleanliness.
- Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of the property.
- Handle administrative duties related to staff, finances, and communication with authorities.
- Pay close attention to detail and maintain visual appeal and style.
- Keep owners updated on villa operations.
- Maintain positive community relations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role with excellent references.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with formal service standards.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to anticipate and solve issues efficiently.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Computer literacy.
