Responsibilities
- Conduct work-study analyses to improve efficiency.
- Set up factory layouts to optimize workflow.
- Prepare detailed efficiency reports.
- Calculate lost time and study methods to introduce new processes.
- Collaborate with team members to implement improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in work-study or a relevant department.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma or similar professional qualifications in a relevant field (preferred).
- Experience in a manufacturing or apparel sector environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
